Sartori® Tuscan Blend Flatbread
- 1 deli bag Sartori® Tuscan Blend
- 1 store-bought pizza dough or frozen naan bread
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- Toppings of Choice
- 1/4 cup olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup arugula
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Balsamic drizzle
Heat oven according to dough or naan package (when in doubt, we go 375°F). If going the dough route, roll out into a 1/4- or 1/2-inch thick oval and par cook until the dough gets just barely golden brown.
Top flatbread with pizza sauce, a solid coating of Tuscan Blend and any of your hearty, non-leafy toppings (save that balsamic drizzle for the end though). Cook until cheese begins to melt.
Remove from oven and add your other toppings (no judging if there’s another round of Tuscan Blend added). Another minute in the oven and then you’re ready to slice it up and serve.
