Cheddar Biscuits with Old World Cheddar
Sartori® Old World Cheddar • Serves 12
1 block Sartori® Heritage Cheddar, shredded
2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened
8 slices of Sourdough Bread
3 Tbsp. Grainy Mustard
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Assemble sandwiches, spreading each slice of bread with butter on one side and mustard on the other (mustard side facing up). Top four of the slices with shredded Heritage Cheddar and top with remaining bread slices to form the sandwich (mustard sides touching the cheddar).
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches in batches until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to the oven on a sheet pan to keep warm and make sure the cheese is fully melted.
Serve with your favorite chips and a pickle.
