Grilled Cheese with Heritage Cheddar
Sartori® Heritage Cheddar • Serves 4
⅛ of 9x13 casserole dish
1 block Sartori® Heritage Cheddar, shredded
1lb. Ground Beef
½ Yellow Onion, diced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
10 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup
10 oz. Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Frozen Peas & Carrots
1 cup Frozen Corn
32 oz. Frozen Tater Tots
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Over medium heat, sauté ground beef and onions. When the beef is almost fully cooked and onions are tender, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Remove from the heat and stir in soups, frozen peas, carrots, and corn.
Spread the mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the top. Crown the casserole with tots, covering the top entirely.
Bake your hot dish until bubbly and golden brown (about 30 minutes). Take out of the oven and top with the rest of the cheese. Bake until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes).
