This website (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Sartori Company (“us,” “we,” “Sartori,” or "our"). By interacting with us on the Website, or purchasing products or services on the Website, you are demonstrating you have read and accepted our following terms of use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use or access the Website.

Accessing the Website

Sartori products are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or above and residing in the United States to access our Website.

Products or Services

Certain products on our Website may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on the Website is void where prohibited.

Shipping Perishable Goods

Shipping perishable products is expensive and comes with the risk of spoilage. All orders ship from Wisconsin and are expedited and cold-packed (order is packed in Styrofoam with ice packs). We are not liable for damage to any order resulting from weather or from a shipping company’s or customer’s actions or negligence.

Order Acceptance, Returns, and Cancellations

All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. After we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between you and Sartori will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation email. If you would like to request a cancellation of your order or you have any problems with your order, please contact us at customercare@sartoricheese.com. Sartori reserves the right to deny a cancellation request and cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable products. If you have quality concerns, please reach out to Customer Service at customercare@sartoricheese.com.

Financial Transactions on the Website

You acknowledge that financial transactions are facilitated by a third-party payment processor (the “Processor”), and agree that we may share your information, including information about your financial accounts, with the Processor for this purpose. You are responsible for paying all taxes on any purchase, fees, or other charges.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, troubleshooting guidance or instructions, customer support, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We have no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information on the Website or on any related website, including without limitation pricing information, except as required by law.

Restriction on Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Website solely for personal use and as permitted by these Terms. This right does not include the right to, and you shall not, authorize any other party to co-brand the Website, use any meta tags, download (except for page caching), modify, reproduce, or resell any part of the Website’s content; use any robot, spider, data miner, or other automated or semi-automated means to extract or gather data from the Website; or otherwise use the Website or any of its content in any manner other than the manner in which it is intended to be used, unless you first obtain our express written consent. As per these Terms, "co-branding" means to display a name, trademark, logo, or other means of identification of any party in such a way that it associates our products with someone other than us. You may not use the Website, or its content for any purpose prohibited or restricted by law. Except for the limited right expressly granted to you in these Terms, Sartori and its licensors expressly reserve all other rights and licenses. You agree to cooperate with us to cease immediately causing any unauthorized use of the Website.

Acceptable Use

You may not post, publish, transmit, send, or submit in connection with to this Website any content/material that:

  • you do not have the right to post, including proprietary material of any third party;
  • advocates illegal activity or discusses an intent to commit an unlawful act;
  • is obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or indecent;
  • does not pertain directly to this Website;
  • threatens or abuses others, libels, defames, invades privacy, stalks, is obscene, pornographic, racist, abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive;
  • seeks to exploit or harm any person by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable details, or otherwise;
  • infringes any intellectual property or other rights of any entity or person, including violating anyone's copyrights or trademarks or their rights of publicity;
  • violates any law or may be considered to violate any law;
  • impersonates or misrepresents your connection to any other entity or person or otherwise manipulates headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of the content;
  • includes programs that contain viruses, worms, and/or Trojan horses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications;

  • amounts to a 'pyramid' or similar scheme;

Although under no obligation to do so, Sartori reserves the right to monitor the use of this Website and/or individual submissions to the Website and the right to refuse, edit, remove, publish, transmit, or display any information for any reason. Notwithstanding these rights, you remain solely responsible for the content of your submissions. You acknowledge and agree that neither we nor any third party that provides the content to us will assume or have any liability for any action or inaction by us or such third party concerning any submission.

Your Account

If you register for an account on the Website, you are solely responsible for the security of your password. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that take place under your username. If you elect to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, and credit card information. You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information and other data you submit to us is true, accurate, and up to date at all times. You agree not to misrepresent your identity. We have the right (but not the obligation) to require you to change your password if necessary for security purposes.

Termination/Suspension of Account

The content may not be copied, republished, posted, distributed, transmitted, or uploaded in any way without our prior written approval or unless authorized in writing elsewhere on our Website. You may print out a copy of our content for personal use; however, you may not remove or change, or cause to be removed or altered, any trademark, copyright, service mark, trade name, or any other proprietary notice or rights. You will obtain neither title nor intellectual property rights by accessing our Website. You agree to comply with all applicable laws by not copying or using this proprietary content, except as allowed by these Terms or by written consent of the owner of the proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, no Sartori trademark or trade dress may be used in connection with any product or service that is not Sartori’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Sartori.

You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licenseable, assignable, and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, display, modify, transfer, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any feedback, submissions, ideas (including gift ideas, requests, or suggestions), concepts, know-how, or techniques that you submit to the Website or otherwise choose to share with us through other communication channels for any purpose (including without limitation commercialization) and without compensation to you, subject only to our Privacy Policy.

By accessing the Website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. You are also expressly agreeing and consenting to the collection and use of your personal information and other data as set forth in (and more fully described in) the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARTORI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY OF ITS CONTENT OR PRODUCTS. You will indemnify and hold Sartori, our subsidiaries, licensors, content providers, employees, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, and contractors (together known as the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from any and all losses, expenses, claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) any violation of these Terms; (b) your use or inability to use the Website; (c) violations of other laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Website and the products purchased from the Website; (d) your submissions to the Website; (e) your use of products purchased from this Website; and (f) third party claims arising out of your use of the information accessed from this Website.

Interpretation and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Venue shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Plymouth, Wisconsin with respect to any dispute arising under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court, then the court shall modify such provision to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision enforceable and valid. Should such modification prove impossible or impracticable, then the provision shall be severed and the remaining terms of these Terms shall be interpreted and read to give them maximum enforceability.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Sartori relating to the Website and any content and materials obtained through the Website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us. These Terms will inure to the benefit of our successors and assigns.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue the Website or any portion of the Website, including any and all content, at any time without notice to you. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on the Website. By accessing the Website after any changes to these Terms, you agree to all such changes, whether you receive email notice or not.
