2 Tbsp. Wine Vinegar
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 tsp. Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
½ cup Sartori® Classic Parmesan, shaved
1 package Mixed Greens
1 cup of Sliced Vegetables (we like cucumbers and peppers)
Whisk vinegar and mustard in a bowl until combined. Slowly pour in olive oil while constantly whisking. Season to taste.
In a salad bowl, combine greens, vegetables, and Sartori® Shaved Classic Parmesan. Toss with vinaigrette and season to taste.
