Spatchcocked Chicken with Garlic & Herb BellaVitano® Compound Butter
Sartori® Garlic & Herb BellaVitano® • Serves 3-4

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Garlic Clove
⅓ cup Popcorn Kernels
½ cup Sartori® Garlic & Herb BellaVitano®, shredded
1 Tbsp. Fresh Herbs, chopped (we like rosemary and chives)
Heat a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add oil, garlic clove, and two popcorn kernels. Cover the pot.
When the kernels pop, add remaining kernels and remove from the pan from the heat. Be sure to keep the pan covered. After about 60 seconds, return the pan to the heat. Gently shake the pan as the kernels begin to pop.
Keep cooking the popcorn until the popping slows. Remove the lid and dump the popcorn into a bowl. Toss with Garlic & Herb BellaVitano®, herbs, and salt.
