Asiago Mashed Cauliflower


Recipe Asiago Classic Shredded
Sartori® Cheese

Classic Asiago, Shredded

½ head Cauliflower

½ cup Sartori® Shredded Asiago

½ tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp dried rosemary

2 Tbl fresh basil, chopped

1 Tbl heavy whipping cream


Step 1

Place cauliflower in a steamer over a large pot of boiling water. Steam for 15 minutes until tender. Alternately, boil cauliflower in salted water for 10 minutes or until fork tender. Remove and drain well.

Step 2

Blend cauliflower and all other ingredients in a kitchen aid mixer or food processor until smooth.
